Masterpiece =)

Time flies - Today is the last day of group training for BBDMTs and CMTs

I came out with this brilliant idea *wahahaha..SS-ing* and asked them to sign on this thingy.

Actually, it means more than a memory. Aside from those attractive colours, there are meanings behind. At times, we might face difficulties as we strive forward, sometimes our future may look dull and blur, and worse still, into a piece of darkness when obstacles are right into our way. It doesn't mean, ''That's it, I'm done with it.''

If you are willing to slow down your pace, you might notice that life is simple, better still, full of colours. It's just the matter of time and how you gonna solve that problem, is either by running away or look for the second way out.

Frankly, I really appreciate the training I'm going through right now. All trainers are experience bankers who came from various backgrounds. Being in a classroom doesn't mean that it's vapid or boring, no doubt that the notes and dry and very technical indeed. What really matters is the experiences they've shared with us. You can't buy these things with gold.

Life is simple, is YOU that make it complicated. Earning money is easy, is whether you cheat it or you earn it the hard way. When you make more money, apparently, you will get yourself committed into more unnecessary things, or I would say, trivia stuff.

Anyway, I guess I won't be going too far for now cuz' it's already 12 in the morning, and I'm quite sleepy indeed. So, I guess I'll be stopping at here for now, and last but not least, wishing all the MTs best of luck and health of course, and also all the best in their future undertakings.

Night peeps !

Envisaging the Future

In the previous post, I've mentioned that I will be buying this and that, planning for this and that. But hey, why not set those apart and prioritize on my job first? That's the first thing came across my mind since the crack of dawn. Colleagues around me are having higher qualifications than I am, some are Masters Graduates, we have an auditor, entrepreneurs, and some are even taking up ACCA and CFA.

Initially, I'm not quite sure whether I should take up this professional paper and did place myself in a catch-22 situation. After few considerations and advises from my brother, I've finally made up my mind to take up the cert. I knew that it's time to make up my mind and decide what I'm really looking for because it's no longer a honey moon nor mucking around like those days in college and university.

Like my trainer always says, "Welcome to the real world" which I totally agree with him in anyway. Apparently, you need to be stand out of the crowd if you really want to be excelled in certain areas. After all, whether you like it or not, this is the ugly truth.

I'm quite happy that I've made a significant breakthrough in making this decisive decision. Nevertheless, everything is still yet to be finalized as I'm still anxiously waiting for next week's introduction program to elucidate on this professional cert. Until then, I will have been making up my mind and signing up the upcoming exam.

Blending Into A New World

I reckon that I'm lucky enough to join them cuz' IMHO, they are really good in terms of general knowledge, English proficiency, presentation skills so on and so forth. Yet, is kinda stress when talking or tagging along with them and apparently, I've much to learn from them too.

I came across some colleagues who are having the same feeling as me too. We feel somewhat weird because everyone is speaking extremely fluent English, and I think it is because we tend to speak Chinese back then when we are still in school.

I don’t know about the rest, but for me, walking and mingling around the crowd is so just not me. IMHO, they aren't sincere at all or maybe I'm just too sensitive about it. It gives me a feeling that I'm just faking around with that bogus smiling faces if I were to do the same thing , not to mention bout' my god damn broken English language too.

However, I'll still have to learn about this social networking culture cuz' it will be part of my job eventually. After all, it’s part of my job requirement too.

Latest News

Saw this in The Star Online minutes ago.

KUALA LUMPUR: The police are investigating the alleged loss of RM19mil by a local bank which had loaned that sum to two companies for the alleged supply of spare parts for MiG-29N fighter jets belonging to the Royal Malaysian Air Force (RMAF), Inspector-General of Police Tan Sri Ismail Omar said Friday.

He said the bank lodged a police report after finding out that the two companies did not exist.

The two companies had allegedly submitted complete documents, convincing the bank to approve the loan.

I'm not an expert in fraud or so, but IMHO, how can a bank borrow such huge sum of money without even checking these companies background throughly? And apparently, to make things even worst, these companies do not exist at all ?!! It's there a cache or something? I've no idea how it went through though.

KUALA LUMPUR: Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak called on religious experts on Friday to help address the spread of pluralism that, he said, could undermine the faith of Muslims in the country.

Check this out...you might find it interesting
